Confirmation Of Booking

 

Once payment has been made (This can be done by telephoning the booking line on 0800 999 0 100 - Debit or Credit cards accepted).

First Response will confirm your course booking by email within 48 hours or by Royal Mail please allow 5 working days for normal booking procedure.  If a late booking is made for a scheduled or in-house course a confirmation can be emailed or faxed on receipt of payment by Bank Transfer, Credit / Debit Card payment or written details of payment.

This may be subject to change during holiday periods such as Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas.
